Your experience begins with a guided visit to the historic Sant’Ambrogio Market (included only in the morning departure, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), one of Florence’s most authentic and beloved food markets. Wander through vibrant stalls filled with seasonal produce, artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and local specialties. With your chef by your side, you’ll learn how to select high-quality ingredients like a true Italian.

After the market visit, it’s time to start cooking! You’ll head to a welcoming kitchen where you’ll prepare some of the most iconic dishes of traditional Italian cuisine, all made completely from scratch under the guidance of an expert chef.

During the class, you will learn how to prepare:

  • Fettuccine alla Carbonara, a timeless symbol of Roman cuisine
  • Lasagne al Ragù, one of Italy’s most beloved classic dishes
  • Gnocchi with Homemade Pesto, inspired by the authentic Ligurian tradition
  • Sicilian Cannoli, filled to your taste with ricotta, pistachio, chocolate, and more
